The current B&H IWD Planning Group have been organising the annual celebrations for several years

now and we all feel it is time for a change to take the event in a new and exciting direction.

We will be holding an AGM on

Tuesday 9th September,

Committee Room 3, Hove Town Hall ,

6.00 - 7.30pm.

Past, present or future volunteers are all welcome.
The AGM will complete the last years' business, finalise the evaluation from 2008's events
and the current committee will stand down from their roles.
Therefore, we are inviting you to join us on the 9th September
and we are hoping to vote in a new committee.

If there is no new committee voted in
there will be no event in 2009 organised by this planning committee.
The current committee are more than happy to aid in the handover.
The group has a handy collection of resources to handover (including a PC) and
of course years' of experience and many contacts to share with the new committee.
